What personal data we process, why, how long we keep it and the rights you can exercise.
What you may and may not upload, share or automate in the platform.
How document classification, extraction, cross-referencing and the assistant work — and their limits.
Access controls, encryption, tenancy isolation, audit trails and how to report a vulnerability.
Answers to common questions plus how to reach a human about your catalogue.
Our commitments in plain terms
- Your catalogue data belongs to you. We process it to run the service you asked for, not to build a public dataset.
- We do not sell personal data or catalogue material, and we do not share it with other customers.
- Every workspace is isolated at the database level, and access inside a workspace follows the role you were granted.
- AI output is a drafting aid. Rights, splits and deal terms remain subject to your review before you rely on them.
- Material changes to records are written to an audit trail you can read at any time.
